Awarding asks whether to notify the trade partner. A company setting decides the default. Awarded, not yet notified is its own list.
A free account shows a Needs you list, their builders, and per-project Messages, Schedule, Files, and Tasks. Sent bids appear once they have redeemed an emailed link.
A task emails a reminder until it is marked done, and it can be marked done from the email.
