Will my trade partners actually use it?
They do not have to change anything. A trade partner can reply to a plain email with no account and it lands in the right thread, attachment included. One who wants more can create a free account and run their scope in the app. Their call.
Does it replace QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks stays your accounting source of truth. BuilderLevel reads Spent and Paid into the budget, and writes back only when you switch that on.
We build custom homes, not tract. Does it fit how we work?
That is the point. Cost-plus or fixed price, silent bid awards or notified, your categories and your templates. The settings are per company instead of one workflow for everyone.
What about our data in our current software?
Bring your export. There is an import for Co-Construct files and a wizard for the rest, and we go through the result with you before you go live.
Is our data locked in?
No. It leaves in full whenever you want it.
